Privacy Policy

We do not sell your personal information. Not to marketing agencies, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Data about your orders belongs to you and the Merchant you ordered from, and we use it only to run the service.

We collect information in a few ways:

• Information you give us directly: for example, your name, email address, and phone number when you place an order, create an account, or contact us.
• Order and account information: order history, delivery or pickup details, and communications related to an order.
• Usage information: basic technical information (like browser type and general device information) collected automatically when you use our site or product.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill orders placed with a Merchant using Orly Now.
• Send order-related communications, including the SMS messages described below.
• Operate, maintain, and improve our product and this website.
• Respond to questions and provide support.
• Meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you provide a phone number when placing an order, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to that order (for example, order confirmations, preparation and pickup/delivery status updates, and time-sensitive notices), sent by Orly Now on behalf of the Merchant.

• Consent. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on your order activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming the opt-out, and no further messages will be sent to that number.
• Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at privacy@orlynow.com.
• We do not share mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with:

• The Merchant you are ordering from, so they can fulfill your order.
• Service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, payment processing, SMS delivery, and cloud hosting), under agreements that limit their use of your information to providing that service.
• Others when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Orly Now, our Merchant partners, or our users.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. Card payment details are handled through tokenized, PCI-compliant payment processing. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see "Your Rights & Choices" below), subject to records we are required to retain by law.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of SMS communications (reply STOP, as described above), by contacting us at privacy@orlynow.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

Orly Now is intended for Merchant owners, staff, and their guests placing food orders. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
