Orly Now LLC provides an ordering and operations platform used by independent Merchants in Illinois. When you order through a Merchant using Orly Now, your order is placed directly with that Merchant. Orly Now LLC provides the technology that takes, routes, and processes the order.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use this site. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account.

Prices, availability, and fulfillment (pickup or delivery) are set by the Merchant you order from. Payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems. Orders are subject to acceptance and may be declined or canceled by the Merchant, including for reasons like item unavailability or an inability to fulfill the order as requested.

When a Merchant offers delivery, the delivery is carried out by a third-party delivery provider, not by Orly Now LLC. If a delivery is late, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory, the Merchant may be entitled to file a claim with that delivery provider.Orly Now LLC may, as a convenience, help surface or assist with such claims, but we do not guarantee that any claim will be filed, accepted, or paid. Filing delivery claims and meeting a provider's deadlines remains the Merchant's own responsibility, andOrly Now LLC is not liable for a claim that is missed, denied, or unrecovered.

You agree not to misuse this site: for example, by attempting to disrupt the service, access it using automated means not authorized by us, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

This website and the Orly Now platform are provided "as is." We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orly Now LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the Orly Now platform.

Orly Now LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company doing business in Illinois. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
